What's your use-case? There are already many many ways to alter the rendering of a renderable array.

Another variant on this attached.
My reason for doing this, is that I do not want to alter the content on the template whilst at the same time altering the array of data earlier would be horrible for my piece of work. Changing the final rendering is a much more eloquent solution.
