autocomplete field should use field selected for sorting

When you add an EntityReference field and select a specific field for sorting, that should be the field that's used as the label and in the autocomplete text field. While most entities have a 'title' field, e.g. a node title makes sense as the label for a node, when using the Bean entity it will use the optional Bean title rather than the required Bean label.
