Behavior:

When editing a previously-saved view, the Formatter is set for "Colorbox", but the additional options disappear. When re-selecting "Colorbox" after another option, the additional options are reset to "None" or "Original". (IE, the defaults.)

The net effect is that one can easily reset/break their entire view if they merely change some options in the field containing the Colorbox.

I can not reproduce this on my local test site. Can you test on a clean Drupal 7 install with only Colorbox and views?
