i created a simple view-block to show a list of taxonomy terms ... it works as it suppose to in the views testing area but when i add it to the page output is created but the names are missing :

<ul>          <li class="views-row views-row-1 views-row-odd views-row-first"></li>
          <li class="views-row views-row-2 views-row-even"></li>
          <li class="views-row views-row-3 views-row-odd"></li>
          <li class="views-row views-row-4 views-row-even"></li>
          <li class="views-row views-row-5 views-row-odd"></li>
          <li class="views-row views-row-6 views-row-even views-row-last"></li>

this is what i get ( empty li's ) ..
and just to be in the safe side i switched to drupals normal theme and i get the correct output so the vies is fine ...
what should i do???

Something is stripping out the markup and links, if you do a standard views html list the markup should look like this:

<div class="view-content">
  <div class="item-list">
      <li class="views-row views-row-1 views-row-odd views-row-first">
        <div class="views-field views-field-name">
          <span class="field-content"><a href="/taxonomy/term/5">clau</a></span>

As you see none of that code is there, which might be part of the issue or not. On my testing site I run lots of views lists to check things and I have not seen this before in AT.

well i haven't change any thing in AT code except the css . so what is causing this ?? its not another module since i tested with another theme and it was working fine ...

Tested with the currently available information and cannot reproduce, check the settings you choose in Views. I can't know what the issue is, try attaching the view export, someone might be willing to take a look.

i dont think that the problem is with the view since its working fine with the other theme and i removed the old Adaptivetheme and its subtheme and installed a fresh copy of Adaptivetheme 7.x-3.x and activated its subtheme as defualt theme and still problem exist ...
and it only works fine when i put the views output type to Table ...

here is my views generated code :

$view = new view();
$view->name = 'categories';
$view->description = '';
$view->tag = 'default';
$view->base_table = 'taxonomy_term_data';
$view->human_name = 'دسته بندی ها';
$view->core = 7;
$view->api_version = '3.0';
$view->disabled = FALSE; /* Edit this to true to make a default view disabled initially */

/* Display: Master */
$handler = $view->new_display('default', 'Master', 'default');
$handler->display->display_options['title'] = 'دسته بندی ها';
$handler->display->display_options['use_more_always'] = FALSE;
$handler->display->display_options['use_more_text'] = 'بیشتر';
$handler->display->display_options['access']['type'] = 'perm';
$handler->display->display_options['cache']['type'] = 'none';
$handler->display->display_options['query']['type'] = 'views_query';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['type'] = 'basic';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['options']['submit_button'] = 'اعمال';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['options']['reset_button_label'] = 'بازنشانی';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['options']['exposed_sorts_label'] = 'مرتب کن بر اساس';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['options']['sort_asc_label'] = 'صعودی';
$handler->display->display_options['exposed_form']['options']['sort_desc_label'] = 'نزولی';
$handler->display->display_options['pager']['type'] = 'none';
$handler->display->display_options['pager']['options']['offset'] = '0';
$handler->display->display_options['style_plugin'] = 'default';
$handler->display->display_options['row_plugin'] = 'entity';
/* فیلد: واژه رده بندی: نام */
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['id'] = 'name';
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['table'] = 'taxonomy_term_data';
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['field'] = 'name';
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['label'] = '';
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['alter']['word_boundary'] = FALSE;
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['alter']['ellipsis'] = FALSE;
$handler->display->display_options['fields']['name']['link_to_taxonomy'] = TRUE;

You said you removed the "old" adaptivetheme - what do you mean by this, which older version did you remove? Have you saved the theme settings and cleared the cache?

Its possible that from a much older version you may have a views template in the theme (all removed in 7.x-3.x Adaptivetheme), check for this, that there are no template overrides in any of the themes - AT Core and Subtheme (the subtheme you are using, whatever that is).

Look for a views-view-fields.tpl.php file that might be overriding the Views module version - that is all that I can think of. Adaptivetheme does not mess with Views output at all in the later versions.

i meant the one that i had installed ...
i dont have any older version and the drupal itself is a fresh install too and i am using stock and basic AT and the subtheme that comes with it with no template overrides ...
there is no views-view-fields.tpl.php

Well, I can only assume it has something to do with transition, all things being equal I can't reproduce this, however I can't replicate the right environment without having a copy of your site, which if you want you can dropbox to me. Thats about all I can offer at this stage.
