Commerce order view is displaying old orders at the top and an ajax error appears when editing

HI,

When installed I found old orders are at the top and after filtering and editing an order an ajax error appears when redirecting back to the order view.

The ajax error is:

I discovered that by turning Ajax off got round this issue.
