Just wanted to announce that the Eastcoast Real Estate theme developed by NeptuneThemes.com has been updated for Drupal 7. It's got a lots of features out of the box, including a custom content type for properties, views built for searching the listings, Gmap support, a front page carousel, and some other cool stuff. NeptuneThemes (formerly ThemeShark) is five years old in April, making it one of the longest running Drupal theme sites, and to date we've produced 35 themes including 3 free drupal themes that have seen a lot of downloads.

So if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts about NeptuneThemes's output in over our fifth year year, let me know! We've already got a headstart of incorporating responsive features and HTML5/CSS3 into our themes (all of our themes from 2012 are responsive, HTML5 and grid based), but I want to make sure we're not missing any feature support that people might be looking for. :)
