This patch adds a new Comment: Edit link field with two handlers, Return to View and Return to Node.

This closely mimics the Node: Edit link field that Views already provides.

This patch does what delete comment link and edit user link do - unconditionally return the user back to the listing.

I don't understand this; it takes you to a comment, which is not a form. Destination is only given for forms.
