When using drush fl
on a German Windows 7 system (Windows PowerShell) umlauts aren't displayed correctly (see screenshot). I already tried changing the PowerShell encoding to different Unicode encodings but to no avail. So I'm wondering whether the problem lies with Features. I haven't found the place yet where those strings are saved to check which encoding they are in.
Any pointers welcome.

EDIT
