Hi,

when i convert small files everything works fine, but the moment i convert a file over 100mb, the script no longer works.

the encoded file just gets left in my /tmp directory

this all happens within 4-5 mins (my timeout setting are Video transcode timeout : 30 | Video queue timeout 60)

i imagine its a timeout issue, but i don't know where to look.

it turn out to be NginX: Gateway Time-Out that was causing the problem, i just increased this any it works fine now
