Feature Request - Append Reports, Journal and Module List to .info Description

Hello and thanks to the team that works on the Backup & Migrate Module. An absolute essential.

The advanced backup options to save settings (especially description) along with Replace Profile and Create New Profile are fantastic for development snapshots.

I am wondering if advanced BackupMigrate can be adapted (or another accessory module created) to provide for:

Automatically append (option) list of modules installed to .info description (similar to demonstration site/module filter)
Automatically append (option) from Reports "Recent Log Messages" (limits/filtered?) to description .info file
Automatically append (option) from Journal Module to description .info file

Alternately, under Backup Migrate Restore > OPERATIONS column could query/reports be run on prior databases from Journal, Reports, System for modules, Variables etc? Could these be turned into nodes?

I realize the append suggestions might bloat descriptions but for those of use unfamiliar/untrained with GIT and other complexities of managing sites as they evolve I wonder if these features could be very helpful.
