Election module support (Entity API)

Hi all,

I'm trying to use Field Group module to have a multipage nomination form with the Election module.
After installing the modules, I was able to set 3 groups of fields from the back office and set them to multiple page group.
The problem is that when I go to the form, all my field group settings are ignored.
Any idea on how to make them work together?

EDIT:
I managed to make it work with multipage widget.
But still can't make it work with Multistep.
Any ideas?
