I'm looking for a way to take a multiday event and have it appear in a single day. The reason being, we are using Fullcalendar to display open hours a library. Some days the library is open until the early morning, say 8am to 2am. Rather then having the event cross over into the next day, we'd prefer to have to fit into one box for display purposes.

Unfortunately FullCalendar jQuery uses inline css to work in the width and position of the events.

There is a "maybe" issue on the FullCalendar jQuery Plugin site as well, but since I'm in a need to take care of this quickly. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on how to do this even on the module side. If someone had a guess where I could manipulate the event or the even display to adjust this, that would be great.

I have a similar request. I have events, such as Classes, that span multiple days, but the client would prefer to only show the Start Date on a Full Calendar. (cleaner that way, I guess).

I know in Views, I can select "Display: Show Start Date Only", but it doesn't seem to affect the results that Full Calendar displays.

FYI the version 2.0.0 FullCalendar Plugin, added the capability to prevent events ending after midnight from appearing as multi day. http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/event_rendering/nextDayThreshold/
