Hook into Pager to add custom 'Show All' Functionality

Unfortunately the "Include all items option" only works when you enable the "Expose items per page" option. This adds an HTML form above my view which I don't want.

I am hoping there's a way I can hook into the Full Pager and add a link that essentially sets the view to show all items (or points to an alternate version of that view showing all items).

I am shooting for something along the lines of the attached image.
