pushtape demo site

I'm not sure there's a current demo for 7.x-1.x-dev, but if you enter 'pushtape' here you can install and try out for yourself - http://simplytest.me/

There is another demo site here, but it is pushtape + http://drupal.org/project/panopoly and some other features not yet on d.o. Should provide a good idea of what you can already build with it.

You can also try Pushtape on Pantheon, as well as simplytest.me as mentioned above.

Trying to test Pushtape from http://www.simplytest.me gives a dependency error, cannot install.

"An error occurred while downloading dependencies."

Gives the same error when trying both beta-13, beta-12 and beta-8.
Other distros install just fine, so I wonder if there is something wrong in the package here at drupal.org?

Yes, I've noticed this as well, it is a recent development. The distribution builds correctly when running: drush make build-pushtape.make, so I am not exactly sure why simplytest is failing, more details are needed from simplytest. We should probably open an issue over at https://www.drupal.org/project/simplytest, maybe they can provide guidance.

while there is a branch tag called 7.x-1.0-beta1 of pushtape_player there is actually no release: https://www.drupal.org/node/2280237/release
