Hi, so this is my first support request. really hope to find a solution so I dont have to apply a CSS-hack.
If you look at: http://dev.vallhovskyrkan.se/multimedia/galleries
and compare it against: http://demo.openchurchsite.com/multimedia/galleries
you will find that the distance between the main content area and the right column is 0 in my case whereas it should be some 10px distance there.
I am not sure when this happened but I think it was when I changed to another layout and then back again.
Looking at the generated html the "default" one has, inside the content-inner div, the following divs:
.block-system-main --> .gutter .inner .clearfix --> .content --> .view
wheras mine has the .view one directly.

Please help me on how to reconfigure to get the spacing once again.

I believe this was a Drupal change a while back. You need to add the "Main page content" block to the content area on you admin/structure/block page (see screenshot). This didn't used to be required.
