The Default Email Address page of the Room Reservations module is used to configure the email address that reminders are sent to when a user makes a reservation.

When a reservation is made, a confirmation of the message can be emailed to the person making the reservation. The user's email address is entered on the reservation form.

The module can be configured so that this address is automatically initialized from the Drupal user profile information. The possible options are

  • Do not set a default email address.
  • Set the default email address equal to the user ID.
  • Set the default email address equal to the user ID plus a domain name.

If the first option is selected, the user will have to enter his own email address to receive a confirmation of the reservation.

If the third option is selected, you must enter the domain name to be used in the Domain Name field on this form.
