Hi everyone!

I've been struggling with this issue for a couple of days now. I have a site with english as the default language. I have i18n module installed, with path prefix configuration. The other language is spanish and in the module is set spanish as default with english with the prefix 'en' in the url. I have been doing translations and is working just fine. Nevertheless, I have some problems with a couple of strings. Text appears in the translation interface, translated properly between english and spanish, but when I navigate the page and switch the language from spanish to english, the url changes but it keeps showing the spanish version instead of the one in english. The funny thing is that other strings, translated the same way, translate properly.

Any ideas why this could be happening? I'm really lost.

Thanks!

Can you give examples of the original strings that are not shown translated?

I have the same problem, I think it has something to do with not allowed HTML or new-lines.
Sometimes \n or \n\r is used in strings or strings over more lines without proper contatenation.
That can work different on Windows.

For instance, I have a menu item called 'Experiencias' in spanish and 'Experiences' in english. That item is not translated, but others from the same menu are. I do have strings with symbols like >, such as 'Next >' or 'Previous <'. Maybe in that case, the symbol is causing some sort of problem. But the other ones are just regular strings.

I've run cron and flushed cache several times. Still the same.
