I have seen some tutorials that add a node reference view, wich module provide it?
Because reference and attatchment doesn't have the same options as node reference.

Old school is using node references ((Node) References).
The new advice is to use entity references (Entity References) and it's requirements (see module page) as your base.

Then for the View you need the Views module for starters, and depending on what you mean by a 'node reference view' possibly EVA: Entity Views Attachment or a host of other modules.
