i installed fresh drupal 7.17 without any extra module. i enabled locale and enabled a rtl language. at now if i check a page which has overlay and need scrollbar in chrome, i see a white space in page instead of scrollbar -i specified it with 'here!!' in attached image-.
problem exists only in chrome -ie , ff, opera haven't problem-, rtl pages, and pages have overlay.
i have tested four themes of drupal 7 and problem exists in all of them.
so i think something is wrong with overlay css.
please check atteched image.
