Flagging content as Sticky has no effect in commons browser widget [#1846178]

if a content is flagged as sticky it should stay at the top of the list till it gets unflagged. In latest commons browser widget even if a content is flagged as sticky the content doesn't go to top of the list.

Sounds like the views that make up these tabs are missing the sticky sort.
