Since I didn't understand this by reading the modules describtion I wanted to share my use case and thank the author of the module.
I wanted to create a view matrix that displays nodes inside the matrix and taxonomy attributes as COLUMN / ROW HEADER. It's as simple as creating a view, adding the fields (hiding the taxonomy fileds in their settings) and setting the taxonomy fields as headers in the matrix settings.
