I am using workbench moderation along with workbench email. to get email notification to users (i.e editor,reviewer ,publisher) on respected event changed from draft -> needs review, needs review - > review done, review done -> publish respectively.

I have used workbench email for this but when in email it misses node id (used this in email [node:url]).
can anyone help me in this or find me other way around for achieving same email notification on moderation state change.
