Specify x-dev or true dev

Currently profiler builder converts dev versions of modules to 1.x-dev instead of 1.x-beta2+4-dev as per the specific version of dev packaged on drupal.org. Both are valid but one grabs a specific version of dev instead of the version that happens to be available at the time of drush call. A checkbox setting should be provided to toggle between which format to use with the current 1.x-dev being the default format.
