I try to download the project tar without success, when i click to the download link on the drupal project hosting page for Julio, an 404 error occured.

Could you put the project online again!

There is a discrepancy between the drush version on d.o and the latest drush version. I have rolled back a commit that should allow this to rebuild properly within 24 hours.
