I converted an existing site based on the Zen theme to the Omega theme, but now the main menu is duplicated. Anyone ever experience this before?

I had a similar problem to this when I first converted. To solve it I ended up removing the main menu by removing the themes menu settings in template.php and using delta blocks for the menu. Obviously this requires the delta blocks module to be turned on.

Can't you just uncheck menu from Omega settings then add the menu via blocks?
