Currently, Mobile Tools expects all detection features to be enabled and configured at all times. This is undesirable as a user may be using the module for one of its non-detection features and would prefer to not have all of the code associated with it loaded at all times.
Detection should be made optional and the user should simply be warned that no detection is currently configured.
