At the moment the calendar_plugin_row assumes that you can't have from and to fields on entity properties
so they can't be integrated as multi-day-fields.

Here is a small patch with a before and after picture.

I agree that this is not optimal, because the item is still displays as single day item as well, but maybe this is just a configuration problem?
