Hi is it possible to create a link for the form so that the users can create forms and mail them to their contacts etc?

Form Builder does nothing but create the forms, it doesn't save or do any kind of integration by itself. Have you already installed the Webform module? (And then enabled the Form Builder Webform UI module that comes with Form Builder?) Maybe that's what you're needing.
