Page titles missing after reverting back to legacy entity field from regular field [#1813016]

DO you mean the data is there, but it is not shown? Di you still have this issue with the latest dev?

Thanks for coming back to me. using 7.x-1.0-alpha4+4-dev. On replacing the legacy field with a regular field I can see the tables are created. On reverting back and therefore deleting the regular, the tables are left with data in them. In Manage fields the title has reverted to Node module element. But when viewing pages... the Home page title and my taxonomy category pages with views are without titles. May be I am missing something here, compatability? I have one or two other title fields that I have created myself.

The title legacy fields are stored in the node table and the term name and description should be in the taxonomy_term_data one. If the replacing instances have been deleted disabling Title should be bring you back the legacy fields.

Did you check that the data is still in the original tables?

Yes all data still in Node and in taxonomy_term_data. I can edit the title in Manage fields or edit the title in Views but they do not render. It's like a switch.. somewhere?

sorry mate, it appears there is an issue with my version of Commerce and kickstart. Just disabled Kickstart modules and the page titles appeared?? Sorry to waste your time!!
