Issue #1811540 by aspilicious, xjm: Fixed Prevent @endlink from being parsed as an annotation.

From #1722394: [policy] Determine standard for annotations and plugin documentation. Currently @endlink causes spectacular breakage when used in the same docblock as an annotation. Attached fixes it.
