Show hand cursor (cursor:pointer) upon hovering options [#1811350]

Once you hover a icon like bold, italic, link etc. You keep the same pointer cursor, this is a bit strange - because that doesn't signal you can "click to apply it". I would suggest to bring the hand back, similar to stock Aloha.
