Somethign like node:commnet for content type

Hello

I looking for rules, which works like node:comment, but handle content type.
I mean this specify properties:

Whether comments are allowed on this node: 0 = no, 1 = closed (read only), 2 = open (read/write).

I want to similar result with node, when one node is connect with anoter node
example:
when user flagged first node or when time display expired, another node will be hidden or closed or deactivate.

Maybe someone know solutions for this problem
