exposed filter show my first category item as default?

is it possible to make the exposed filter show my first category item as default, instead of all projects(which is "any" or "all" )?
for example, I am using exposed filter to show my all projects(please check the attached pic), but I want my first category (term) as default and not show "all projects" at all (in all case not to show all projects). So, when I use this block, visitor will see the first category as default, and click to switch to other categories.
