I surely hope not. I am trying to find someone to take over this module, or at least help me with the issue gardening.
I have too much other drupal work (core, fieldgroup) to keep this module under active maintenance.

In the meantime, I don't fix much issues on heartbeat, only criticals>majors>normal>minor.

Amitaibu (message module) is working hard to have all functionality "possible" with the message module, so that one would be suggested from now on.

So If you are volunteering, that's one problem less :)

I am not a developer and have no knowledge in PHP. So I don't have the ability to do that but THANKS for your great job and work in this module!
