mails are not going to subscribed user.....

- i have installed simple mail module ,
-assign all permission to authenticated user and subscribe to newsletters to anonymous user,
-add Newsletter: Multi Subscription to the leftside bar region
-subscribe with 2 test mail ids,
- i got the confirmation mail and approve it
-and newslater setting i add content type 'page' and taxonomy newslater
- i uncheck Use cron to send newsletters and Cron throttle:1 Mail spool expiration:immediate

now i have created so many content type page but i did't receive any mail.....
i have left any configuration or my cron or hosting creates proublem
