Views 3 Views Or Settings?

Hello after recently just upgrading to Views 3 i am a little confused by the 'Views Or' feature which has been added. Previous i used the Views Or module and i could get a grip with it. This is a little confusing to me and i was hoping that someone would point me in the right direction. thanks.

Node: Type in Post
or
Node Type: Link
Node: Comment count >= 1
and
Node: Published Yes
Flags: Flagged False

Basically i want to only show Link posts that have been commented upon as well as all the Post content types. I have tuened the grouping on but i really cannot work out what to do with it all.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
