Have the value only change once the day is over

I have a block that shows the events for that specific day. I did that by using the filter start date <= now and end date >= now.

However, for some of the days i have events going from 7am-11pm and then nothing untill 7am the next day.

Is there anyway I can show the 7am-11pm untill 12am and then switch to the event for that day?
