Add class customization option to Configure page

With all the other great options available on the Configure page, it would be nice to have a simple text field where users could add custom classes for service link uls. Currently Service Links uses <ul class="links inline"> which is also used by Drupal menus, for example. Personally I think having a config option for a custom class is better than requiring the user to add stuff at the theme/template level.
