This is a VERY cool module and I can see how this can help in getting valuable feedback from users.

But I have just a minor suggestion.... I believe it would be a good idea to allow for additional "Send Feedback" button options as well as button locations. Unfortunately, where the button is located right now it can interfere with many other client side options such as the Toolbar module... many chat modules (That use that corner of the screen.) not to mention the many other browser bars available that normally show up at the bottom of the screen.

One other MINOR suggestion as well.... Perhaps allow for the text to be customized as well. That would also allow for this module to be used more for reporting errors / issues with the site, while allowing for other modules / services being used as general feedback / suggestions on the site. Just an idea, but that may be overkill.
