I am not very savvy or trained in web design and coding. I loaded the slideshow for Andromeda fine, it loads my pictures, but they will not "slide" through them. It basically loads all of them in a line down the page. I don't know how to fix this. I know enough to open the css files and edit, but not too much more than that. I don't know what I would be looking for to make the pictures move. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I'm also having the same problem:
- Ubuntu 12.04.1
- Firefox 14.0.1
- Drupal 7
- Clean install (no other plugins installed)

I think I might have found the problem, looks like I did not follow step 4 of the instructions properly:
"Download the Nivo Slider plugin here, extract it and place it under sites/all/libraries. If the libraries folder does not exist, create it."

the 'libraries' directory didn't exist for me and rather than reading the instructions i just extracted it to the 'modules' folder..

Once I moved the extracted files to the corect location the slideshow worked fine :)
