How to get a complete list of attributes to declare custom form's elements? [#1794866]

The attributes list, I need to declare a form's element is far to be complete. I also found the attributes used on sample code pages are others than the ones reported here. I think that's confused.

Hmmm... I am not sure what you are saying needs to be added to or changed in the documentation here? Can you be more specific?

Oh, also in Drupal 6, this hook is documented in the Documentation project rather than Drupal Core, so I'm moving that issue there.

Working around I'd found a way to know what I need on design, or writing time. I' wrote 3 usefull functions to get the info from processes. I'll open a sugestions page to expose them.
