Content pane templates using machine name recognized but not used

Having problem solving issue.

views-view--job-listings--title.tpl.php works but not views-view--job-listings--job-listings-pane--title.tpl.php

Template gets picked up in "Theming information" but not used.

PS. views-view--job-listings--panel-pane--title.tpl.php does not use correct template either.
