Turning on css aggregation corrupts the output. Eg, some styles that would only load for smartphone, like a 100% list item load for desktop in which it should be 50%.

Turning the css aggregation back off, fixes the issue. There's no problem with js aggregation.

i'll setup a live sandbox (was going to anyway) with atpe as the theme and email you the login details Jeff. Could be handy to test atpe in future as well.
