I enabled commerce address book with commerce kickstart. The checkbox "My shipping information is the same as my billing information" is checked. But it still shows the Address on file in the fieldset. See attached.

It's not a bug, usually when you arrive on that page you already have a default address, the checkbox is not visible and the fields are already prefilled. What if you decide to finally use an address from the addressbook ? We need to decide if we want to only make it visible once the checkbox has been unchecked.
