If you go to /media/browser and view the page source you will find id='scrollbox' and id='container' at least twice (once for the "library" tab and once for the"my files" tab (as well as once for each views library you create)

This is not valid markup...

Both of those ids are no longer used (since #1293660: Remove old media browser library plugin was committed) and can be safely removed.

I applied this patch and confirmed that it removes the id="scrollbox" and id="container" in both the Library and My Files views.
