I've already reported the bug here http://drupal.org/node/1702908, then it disappeared and then it came back after I installed 7.x-1.1 version. I found where the problem lies. In *.info files for heartbeat_og and heartbeat_plugins you have module description string which is wrapped with quotes '"', remove them and the bug will disappear, the problem is in quotes, who could think about it ;) Cheers!
