send filtered view to user

Hi, I would like to offer the users the ability to receive email alerts, based on the content of a view that they have filtered themselves.

Actually, I have a View displaying nodes. Each node has a specific taxonomy and location. Users can filter the nodes via the exposed filters form, choosing their preffered taxonomy and location. The view display is therefore unique to each user, depending on the filters they use.
Now I would like to allow users to enter their email address to receive any new node matching the filters they have used, base on that view.

Is this possible with the Simplenews module ?

Note: I have posted the same issue on the SimpleNews issue list, since I don't know which module would be best for my need.
