category ("package" value in l10n_pconfig.info) should be changed from Multilanguage to Multilingual, as it is mentioned on the project page.

This fix was already in the code for months, but no release was made with the fix. I just made a release as 7.x-1.2 at http://drupal.org/node/1773792 with the fix included. Thanks for noting.
