OKies- so I tried version 7x-1.9 and was stumped, so I went to version 7x-1x-dev. Any and ALL styles are being stripped out- from everything! I turned off Allowed HTML tags, and everything is still stripped. I am using Adaptive Themes, and am completely baffled by what's going on. I am also using WYSIWYG-Filter, with everything allowed!

I am completely stumped. Any idea why every style is gone? If I preview, none of the changes show, and if I save, nothing shows. When making the changes, I can look at the source and the style is there, I save, and go back in, and the style is gone.

The only things that work are bold and italics- nothing else, not even text align, or color, size, header, nothing is working. I tried reinstalling CKeditor. Drupal recognized the config- and sees it as being set up correctly.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. :)

Please check in CKEditor profile configuration (for input/text format that remove styles) what Filters are using in Security section. Maybe you are missing something ?
Please check if you use this text format for node adding/edditing.
Please also check if styles are removed when you use Full Html text format.
