Voting starts in March for the Drupal Association Board election.
We will periodically port work done against #1137920: Fix toolbar on small screen sizes and redesign toolbar for desktop back to this module.
Commit 5b7323d2d42476df80e0eeaad07771d193f31369 makes sure edit doesn't work for me, the "new edit" link never shows up because the navbar is in page_top, not page_bottom. Why was it changed? I'm guessing drupal 8 stuff, but it still doesn't make sense to me why the navbar would be at the bottom ...
Hm. I think these commits need to go into the 7.x-1.x branch and not in 1762570-backport-responsive-toolbar. Or at least I can't figure out a way for a drush make file to reference a branch named like that; it downloads alpha1 instead, which is what we don't want.
We've backported the most recent Toolbar changes. There's too much flux in #1137920: Fix toolbar on small screen sizes and redesign toolbar for desktop at the moment. We can open this later when the Toolbar design has cooled down and work there is settled.
We'll backport as needed. We don't need an open ticket to track this.
